For our Members, we will constantly be expanding perks and are currently working on a perks plan. We will be providing a more detailed page explaining the in-store benefits and access to our member site’s online discussion platform, video classes and blogs.

For non-Members, our information resource libraries will always be free but chat access, step by step tutorials, 1-1 sessions and adding content, for moderation purposes, is limited and paid for.

Members and non-members will have exclusive access to our curated Donations page if visitors want to give back to their community, launching soon.

A priority goal is for every Essential Marketplaces to partner with their local research hospital to get affiliated health tools provided on member-site approved/verified before go live. HIPAA scheduling on Acuity is required once live.

Brands

As we conducted our market research, and found brands carrying similar products with similar principles for ideas we had, we stored them here to better envision market prices vs. our plan and structure.

Our idea: Limited batch fresh plant based milks with menu of add-ons as part of our Grab & Go Beverages, stocked and made to order pick up.

Brand Found #1: Nuthatch (NYC) est. 2015, shelf life 3 days, pint & quart sizes, $9 & $13, + $1-2 add-ons

The first gallery below has the first ingredients and pricing plan market example of fresh plant based milks: oat and seed. Our Coffee will be with oat instead of almond like this brand does.

Consider alternative to cashew yogurt, ours could be coconut yogurt with seasonal fruit puree.

Our goal is to be nut free for what we produce ourselves in the beginning to start simpler until we are even more widely established.

Nuthatch also has a local goods page, similarly aligned to our goals but limited selection.

Their delivery model is different than we had originally planned ours. Differences to consider include cut off times at 10pm and potential expansion to farmer’s markets.

Grab & Go will include glass containers and sold in a trio (like Nuthatch does, linked in photos in first gallery) or separately.

Keep in mind they make their own nut butters too. This is relevant since we had already planned on trying out selling our own fresh store-made healthy no added sugar jam in a future project in the Friends from Near & Far series with friends from the mountains of upstate New York.

The second gallery includes market example of our future expansion into nut milks and product sold in stores at higher price point locations.

Down the line…

Our Product Line..

We can do a similar customization and subscription process with our brand to sell our own product line of whipped tallow creams for the lip, cuticle, hand, face, eye and body. Subscriber program like Woodsy Earth offers here but at a much lower frequency, similar to Bite’s product line.

Woodsy Earth has website ordering and B&M pick up.

This may be launched well after the store is opened depending on how much is too much for us to make ourselves at first for costs.
